Important Factor 1)  Three Top and One Attacking Midfielder. 

The three top i Assigned are can make good harmony as combination, so when they faced crucial attacking situation, they can success the goal contiuous to use exact kick, and technical dribble.

Important Factor 2) Side Midfielders and winger.

If they switching their position each other, they also can make various side play combination, and they also can save their stamina effectively, so they can make other team's defenders so confused.

Important Factor 3) Two Central Midfielders.

They can give for their team what stability to use exact, creative pass work, technical depressurization, so when they need build up, they can be core of team's pass work process.
